Refund Policy

Overview

DeFoxo Crest refund policy is strict and applies only under verified issue conditions.

• Refunds are processed in 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
• All requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
• Only first-time paid subscriptions can be considered for refund.

First Payment Refund Rule

Refund is only possible on the first payment, and only if a genuine billing or platform issue is verified by our team.

• Applies to Defos bundles and Crest Vault purchases.
• One refund per user account.
• If no issue is found, refund will not be approved.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not offered at this time. Crest Vault purchases are one-time transactions and follow the first payment refund rule above.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Accounts terminated for Terms violations.
• Sponsor kit PDFs already generated and downloaded.
