1. Acceptance

By accessing DeFoxo Crest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Be at least 13 years old.
• Report unauthorized access immediately.

3. Team Content

Teams may publish rosters, achievements, and branding. Content must remain truthful and non-deceptive.

4. Billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before renewal.

• Payments processed through secure providers.
• 7-day refund for first-time paid users.

5. Sponsor Marketplace & Commission

Sponsors may apply to be listed in the marketplace. Teams and solo players can connect directly with sponsors.

• DeFoxo charges a 10% commission on closed sponsorship deals facilitated through the platform.
• Commission applies only when a partnership is confirmed.
• We may remove sponsor listings that violate community standards.

6. Prohibited Use

• No fake tournament results.
• No impersonation.
• No scraping or reverse-engineering.
• No unlawful activities.

7. IP Rights

Platform code, design, and branding are owned by DeFoxo. Team logos remain property of their owners.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
